Brig has 30 years of experience in strength training, competitive running, and overall fitness training. He spent over twenty years in the United States Naval Reserve, serving as a Physical Readiness Training Coordinator and Instructor at various commands. He has been an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer since 2003.
